Open Docs

Open Docs is mainly used to age open sale-purchase-WIP orders. It reports open quotes, as well as open ship-receive-move (to prevent missed invoicing/vouchering).

Stock Status

Stock Status is the traditional activity report with on-hand, on-order, and committed quantities, with a list of open order and a six month quantity matrix.

Versus is the primary report used in ISO 9000 certification audits. It reports date ship versus date required and is also used to determine vendor performance (date received versus date required).

Rank generates rank by Cost of Sales, Carry Cost, and Profitability. It ranks from 1 to 100 to determine how many resources are dedicated to each type of item sold. It helps prioritize sales and purchasing, and it communicates this information to sales and purchasing persons.

Variance – Count

Variance – Count generates and records a count sheet, and it supports a bar code scanned inventory.

Variance – Cost

Variance – Cost generates and records a cost sheet using the item master cost.

Variance – Valuation

Variance – EOQ
