Connections drop occur all the time, and you do not become aware of them until your computer “freezes.”
The reasons why you don’t need to deal with this issue with our accounting software are the following:
- Plus & Minus keeps its database files in a “read-only” state, so connection drops are harmless
- The “intro” database is partitioned by user, thereby eliminating “record contention.” Easy to do in a one file, one format design.
- No modules! Modules are complicated.
